Define the following statement "If there were only one electrically charged particle in the entire universe, the concept of electric charge would be meaningless".

If there was only one charge in the world then we will never be able to understand it's behaviour or characteristics because it would show effects only on the other charges.It would be meaning less and no particle will be judged on the basis of its distinguishing characteristics.
