pole : is the center of the reflecting surface ( that is the center of the spherical mirror)

center of curvature : the sphere has a center this point is called as he center of curvature of the mirror.

principal axis : it is an imaginary line that passes through the pole of the mirror.

principal focus : this is the point where the light rays are focused after reflecting from the mirror.
