- The melting point is the temperature at which a solid changes into a liquid. ... The melting point of ice is 0°C. The melting point of a solid is the same as the freezing point of the liquid. At that temperature, the solid and liquid states of the substance are in equilibrium.
- Condensation is the process where water vapor becomes liquid. It is the reverse of evaporation, where liquid water becomes a vapor. Condensation happens one of two ways: Either the air is cooled to its dew point or it becomes so saturated with water vapor that it cannot hold any more water.
- Sublimation is the conversion between the solid and the gaseous phases of matter, with no intermediate liquid stage. For those of us interested in the water cycle, sublimation is most often used to describe the process of snow and ice changing into water vapor in the air without first melting into water.
- A subject or situation that you must think about and give your attention to is called matter

Melting point:- Melting point of substance is temperature at which it melts or the temperature at which solid is converted into liquid.
Condensation:- Condensation is the process by which water vapor in the air is changed into liquid water. In other words, the water in the air, a gas known as water vapor, from your hot shower cooled when it met the surface of the cold mirror. This caused the water vapor to condense, or turn into its liquid form.
Sublimation:- The phenomenon of change of solid directly to gas or conversion of gas directly to liquid without changing into liquid state is called sublimation.
Matter:- Matter is anything which occupies space and has mass is called matter.
