Leaching -leaching is the loss of water-soluble plant nutrients from the soil, due to rain and irrigation. Soil structure, crop planting, type and application rates of fertilizers, and other factors are taken into account to avoid excessive nutrient loss.

Resources-a stock or supply of money, materials, staff, and other assets that can be drawn on by a person or organization in order to function effectively.

Conservation-prevention of wasteful use of a resource for further basis.
