1. Citric acid:- It is obtained by anaerobic fermentation of sucrose. Acid is Used to malec medicines, flavouring extracts, Tood and candies ink and dying. Fungus aspergillus niger is the main source of this acid.
2. Lactic acid:- It is the product of teantaion oy LactobacIRUs Dulgaris and Streptococcus lactis on corn starch, molasses, potato and whey. Bacterium lactobacillus vulgaris and streptococcus lactis are the main source of this acid.
3. Butyric acid:- This is obtained by bactera Clostrdium butylicum. Bacterium clostridium butylicum is the main source of this acid.
