Explanation:

Green Revolution was the increase in food crops like rice and wheat which was achieved by modern farming methods . it made India self sufficient it with its food grains and also allowed us to import the excess grains to other countries . green revolution helped many farmers mainly in the states of Haryana and Punjab because green revolution was first introduced there . the farmers of other states left because the technology is the grains was never not in a state to reach them . This made the farmers of Haryana and Punjab very rich and prosperous while the farmers in other States deprived of basic facilities also . only noted that green revolution increase the production of rice in wheat which means other crops like Bajra Ragi Kaun which was used by lower segments of the economy that means two people only bought these crops . through this we get to know that the production of Bajra Ragi cons declined subsequently that means that four people have to buy either rice or wheat or just have to starve to death
