Affirmative- These r positive sentence & don't contain no, not , never , neither, nor words.
Eg- There is hardly any right answer.
Assertive sentence- These sentences are simple sentences which can be negative or affirmative
Negative - These are sentences which contain all the words that a Affirmative sentence doesn't contains.
Eg- There is no right answer.
Imperative - These are sentences that make an order or a request.
Eg- 1)Please bring me a glass of water
2) Bring me a glass of water.
Interrogative sentence- These sentences ask questions.
Eg- How are you.
Exclamatory - These sentences express feelings, emotions or reactions.
Eg- What a beautiful day!
According to their structure-
Simple sentences- These sentences have a subject and predicate and no conjunction.
Eg- The sun rises in the east.
She is doing well.
Compound sentences - These sentences have a coordinate conjunction like- and , or, but,etc
Eg- she cooks great and dances well.
Complex Sentences- These sentences have a main clause and a subordinate conjunction like- though, which, whenever, where,that,etc
Eg- This the house that my uncle wants to buy.
