An LCR circuit is one where there are one or more inductors (L), one or more capacitors (C) and one or more resistors (R) connected on an unspecified way. The behaviour of the circuit is often characterised by electrical energy interchange between the L and C (resonance at one or more frequencies) with damping caused by the R.
Without information on the interconnection of the circuit elements and their values, and the nature and frequency of the excitation of the circuit, we cannot be any more specific than the above.
