Firstly sit down then feel that your body is light ,close your eyes, In the centre of your brows imagine a spot of light ,saw this light after that imagine that this light comes out from your body and go the the heaven where all around there is a white light after you feel all of this you imagine that there is a big spot of light , from them you got the layers of lights like white , sky , most important is blue.after all of this imagine that the white light comes back to your body and enter in you head then rub your hands for 10 sec and put your hands on your eyes and slowly open your eyes
