He thought himself mordeniser of Europe and introduced the following laws which were introduced in the napeolonic code of law introduced by napoleon in 1804.

☆ He introduced the right to have private property.

☆ He made a uniform system of weights and majors under the decimal system.

☆ He abolished the feudal system and serfdom.

☆ He made everyone equal before the law and no one could be punished without proofing his/her crime.
