Speed is defined as the total distance travelled by an object per unit time.

The answer to the numerical question is :-

d=50km
t=2

Now the speed can be measured in two S I Units- km/hour and m/s.
The calculation in km/hr is as follows:-

Speed= Distance/Time
V= d/t
= 50/2
= 25 km/hr
