there are three types of ministers, it usually has 60 to 80 members

• cabinet ministers are top level ministers of ruling party . Usually cabinet ministers meet to take decision in the name of council of ministers they usually have 20 members
• ministers of state with independent charge are usually in charge of small ministries.they participate on cabinet meetings if they are specially invited
• ministers of state are attached to and required to assist cabinet meetings
