Cell- A cell is the smallest unit of life. Cells are often called the "building blocks of life".
Organelles- ●Nucleus
●Mitochondria
●Ribosome
●Vacuole
●Golgi Apparatus
●Lysosome
●Endoplasmic Reticulum
In additional plant cell also have plastids amd cell wall..
None of them are called the structural and functional unit of life because the functions and structures of cell organelle doesn't affect the living creatures....
Hope it helps ......

•Cell is a basic structural and functional unit of life.

•CELL ORGANELLES -:

1)Plastids=chromoplast , chloroplasts and leucoplast

2)Mitochondria

3)Endoplasmic recticulum-:Rough ERand Smooth ER

4)Golgi body

5)Vacoules

6)Ribosome

7)Cillia and Flagella

•Cell organelles are not called structural and functional unit of life because they are the structures present within the cell that help it to perform it's rellevant functions. These cell organelles can't function independently. All of these cell organelles work together to perform different functions of the cell.
