hi

cell is a structural and functional unit of life which do basic things like respiration, digestion, reproduction etc.

mitochondria, plastid, ribosome, rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, lysosome, vacuoles are cell organelles.

cell wall ( in plant, Monera, fungi) and nucleus are required for developing of cell.

it is called functional and structural unit of life because it perform all the basic functions of life.

hope it helps(:

different organelles that make a cell

                                    golgi body            mitochondrion

                                     centroile                rough endoplasmic reticulam

                                       lysosome               smooth endoplasmic reticulam

                                     ribosome               plastids

Explanation:they are not structural and functional unit of life because they are not the fundamental unit of life
