Answer:

Work is done when a force that is applied to an object moves that object. The work is calculated by multiplying the force by the amount of movement of an object (W = F * d). A force of 10 newtons, that moves an object 3 meters, does 30 n-m of work.

\small\red{\sf { Force :— }} A force is a push or pull upon an object resulting from the object's interaction with another object.

\small\red{\sf { Work </strong><strong>:</strong><strong>--</strong><strong> </strong><strong>}} Work is the process of energy transfer to the motion of an object via application of a force, often represented as the product of force and displacement.

Work can be calculated with the equation:

Work = Force × Distance.

Extra Information:-

The SI unit for work is the joule (J).

One joule equals the amount of work that is done when 1 N of force moves an object over a distance of 1 m.

The SI unit for Force is Newton .
