It’s toasted just enough for it to be malleable without losing crispness, and doesn’t wilt, despite the warmth of the Malleability is the quality of something that can be shaped into something else without breaking, like the malleability of clay. Malleability also called plasticity.

ductility- material can be converted into thin sheet..if we apply external force
and in malleability..sheets ability to converted in to long thin wire....
and in malleability..sheets ability to converted in to long thin wire....
