Minerals are naturally occurring substance that has a definite chemical composition. Minerals are classified into metallic and non metallic minerals. Metallic mineral contains metal in raw form. Metals are hard, lustre and good conductors of heat and electricity. Non metallic minerals donot contains metal. The mineral fuels like coal and petroleum are non metals
