• Anything in our physical environment that satisfy our needs, tecnologically accessable , economically feasible and culturally acceptable is termed as resource.no it is not a free gift of nature because human affert make it useable with different tecnology . for example: crude oil can't be used whenever there is no tecnology to draw it and that tecnology is made by humans.
