Rigidity means an object is very hard. Where else compress ability means we are compressing anything air can be compressed

Rigidity - Inability to be bent or be forced out of shape.


Compressibility - The substance which can be reduced.

For example -

1. Solid is so rigid but its not compressible. 

2. Gas is least rigid but its most compressible.
