word rigidity is used when a object have a fixed shape. eg. in solids
word fluidity is used when a object is flexible eg. liquids.

Rigidity means the substance in which molecles are rigid and do not move or the object which didn't flow. Example- wooden box

Fluidity means the substance in which molecules are not rigid and the substance which can flow and having all the characteristics of a liquid.
Example- water, juice.
