A solution is a homogeneous mixture of one or more solutes dissolved in a solvent.
solute +solvent = solution
sugar + water = sugar solution
there are three types of solution:
1 saturated solution: a solution can be defined as a solution in which solvent is not capable of dissolving any more solute at given temperature.
2 unsaturated solution: a solution in which solvent is capable of dissolving any more solute at given temperature.
3 super saturated solution: a solution comprises of a large amount of solute at a temperature wherein it will be reduced as a result the extra solute will crystallize quickly.

SOLUTION :- it is a homogeneous type of mixture of one or more solutes dissolved in a solvent .
Types of Sol. with examples :
1 ) SUPERSATURATED = in this the Sol. comprises of a large amount of solute at a temperature where in it will be reduced as a result the extra solute will crystallize quickly . example - sodium acetate
2 ) UNSATURATED = Sol.s in which solvent is capable of dissolving any more solute at given temperature . example - when sugar is dissolved in water .
3 ) SATURATED = Sol. in which solvent is not capable of dissolving any more solute at given temperature. example - Sol. of chalk powder and water .
