Sovereign:-

Sovereign itself is an important word mentioned in the preambles which says that the people have supreme right of taking their decisions and no one else can establish dictatorship upon them.

For Example:

You must be aware of the great personalities: Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Kim Jong-un etc. who established their dictatorship upon certain nations.

This is not possible in democratic nations like India where people have their right of taking decisions, no one else can establish dictatorship here.

*Dictatorship: A form of government where a leader or a small group of people will exercise absolute power without any limitations of constitution.
