- Individuals who possess like set of gametes are called homogametic.
- For example in humans, females have two like X-chromosomes making it homogametic.
◆ Heterogametic -
- Individuals who possess unlike set of gametes are called heterogametic.
- For example in humans, males have two unlike X-chromosome & Y-chromosome making it heterogametic.
