Define the terms - Motion, uniform motion, non uniform motion
Answers
Movement of any object from one position to another position with respect to the observer is called as Motion
If an object is travelling with uniform motion, it is moving in a straight line at a constant speed.
For example:- when a car travels at a constant speed, the driving force from the engine is balanced by the resistive forces such as air resistance and frictional forces in the car's moving parts.
A body is said to be in a non-uniform motion if it travels unequal distances in equal intervals of time.
Non - Uniform motion is also known as accelerated motion.
For Example :- Oscillation of pendulum, the motion of a train, a person jogging in the park etc.

✠Uniform Motion
If an object is travelling with uniform motion, it is moving in a straight line at a constant speed.
For example:- when a car travels at a constant speed, the driving force from the engine is balanced by the resistive forces such as air resistance and frictional forces in the car's moving path
✠ Non-Uniform Motion
A body is said to be in a non-uniform motion if it travels unequal distances in equal intervals of time.
Non - Uniform motion is also known as accelerated motion.
For Example :- Oscillation of pendulum, the motion of a train, a person jogging in the park etc.
