Hypotinic solution : It is a dilute solution which has an osmotic concentration lower than that of anther solution.

Isotonic solution: The solution has an osmotic concentration similar to that of another solution.

Hypertonic solution : It is a concentrated solution which has an osmotic concentration higher than that of another solution.

hypotonic- the solution outside is
of lower concentration than the inside(cell)fluid.
hypertonic-the solution out side is of higher concentration than the inside fluid.
isotonic- solutions both inside and outside r of same concentration.
