Answer:

Rajya Sabha: Also called as Upper House of the Parliament. It is a permanent body as it cannot be dissolved. At present the total membership of the house is 245. Tenure of Rajya Sabha is 6 years.

Lok Sabha : It is called the Lower House of the Parliament. It is not the permanent body. Maximum permissible membership of the house is 550 (present 545). It is elected on the basis of Universal Adult Franchise. Tenure of Lok Sabha is 5 years.

Hope this helps ✌️☺️
