The water cycle :

The Total amount of water on earth is constant - it never changes. Water only changes form. When heated, water evaporates and rises up as water vapour in the air. On reaching a certain height, the water vapour condenses and forms clouds. From the clouds water comes back to the Earth as precipitation, rain and snow. This constant movement of water is called water cycle.
