a. Phenolphthalein will lose its colour and become colourless
b. Acetic acid will thoroughly mix with distilled water
c. Universal indicator will turn slightly red
d. Sodium Acetate (NaC2H3O2), Carbon di Oxide and Water will be formed

A universal indicator is a pH indicator used to represent the acidic and basic nature's of solutions

NaHCO3 is also called baking soda which is usually used in cooking
