Average speed = 1.75m‐s

Average velocity = 30 m/a

Explanation:

Here is my explanation friends

Given: Total distance of the circular path = 70m

The body covers 1½ revolution in 60 sec

Find: Average velocity and speed.

so,

formula for average speed = Total distance travelled ÷ total time taken.

So, total distance covered by the body was 105 ( As he covered 1½ revolution in the path)

Time taken = 60 sec

average speed = 105÷60 = 1.75m‐s

Now, formula for average velocity

= Initial velocity + final velocity

2

= 0+60 ÷ 2

= 60÷2

= 30m/s

HENCE , THE AVERAGE SPEED = 1.75ms AND AVERAGE VELOCITY = 30m/s.

ok , friends this answer may help you to solve this sum . THANK YOU...
