Motion of an object in a circular path with a uniform speed is called uniform circular motion. For example; a fan's blade rotating around hub, a stone which is suspended to a rope and is being swung in circles etc.
In uniform circular motion, the direction of the motion of object keeps changing. Velocity changes with change in direction as it is a vector and change in velocity is known as acceleration. Therefore, Uniform Circular Motion is accelerated motion.
