In Uniform Circular Motion(UCM) , speed is constant but velocity is variable(as Velocity is a scalar quantity,and there is no fixed direction in a circular motion,but if there is a tangent,then direction is there),so you can say that UCM is an accelerated motion(as acceleration =change in velocity / time).Whereas in Uniform Linear Motion(ULM),both speed and velocity are in a fixed direction,so you can say that ULM is an unaccelerated motion(as change in velocity is 0 so acceleration is 0).
