For equal roots, we know D = 0
That means b^2 -4 ac = 0
Now,
(-P)^2 - 4*P*81 =0
P^2 - 324P =0
P(P-324)=0
Either P=0 or P-324 = 0
That means P=0,324
Value of P can't be zero because of quadratic equation definition. So, P will be 324.
which will give P= 324 ,as the answer.

somipoojari: but in option that gives 54,52,53,51. is it answer there
Monu631: How ??
Monu631: Options are wrong..
