vapourisation is the process in which water evaporates to form vapour whereas
in condensation water vapour gets cooled to form water..

When water or any other liquid gets converted into gaseous form then it is known as vaporisation.
Condensation is different from vaporisation as in it, gas gets converted into liquid state.
