Definition :-
A physical quantity which has magnitude as well as direction is known as vector quantity.
For example: velocity, displacement, acceleration, etc.

Vector quantites- The quantities which are expressed by magnitude as well as direction are called vector quantities.
Example- displacement, velocity, acceleration, force, momentum, etc.
