velocity is the total displacement covered/taken in unit time . It is a venctor quantity.It is expressed by 'v'.It's SI unit is m/s. the formula or expression of velocity (v) for an object covering a displacement s in time t will be:
v=s/t
thank u ! hope it helps!^_^

Hey mate!!! Here is your answer ⬇️⬇️

Velocity is the rate of motion of an object, with the direction. It is carried out on displacement of the object. Velocity is the speed of an object moving in a definite direction. If the direction changes, velocity also chenges.
It's mathematical expressions are :-
v = u + at
v is final velocity, u is initial velocity, a is acceleration and t is time.
Other formulae:-
 {v}^{2}  -  {u}^{2}  = 2as
s is the distance travelled in a specific velocity.

Its SI unit is m/s or m s^-1

It is a vector quantity.

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️✌️✌️
