The Security council of Uniyed nations is consisting of 5permanent members and 10 non-permanent members .
If their is any voting held for any international problem then if only one permanent menber gives its vote in against of that then the bill or plan considered to be not followed and demonised .
This is the veto power of permanent members of Sevurity council .
