Virus is a program that disrupts the normal working of a computer. It may cause little or severe damage, depending on it's nature.

A hacker is a person who gains access to a computer system or network without authorization.

A cracker is a person who breaks into someone else's system or network, bypasses passwords or other licenses in a program and intentionally breaches computer security. Cracker should not be confused with hacker, as a hacker may be on the legal side of the law, but a cracker is illegal.
