ANSWER:

Wastes are anything that are not of use to humans and have been discarded by the humans. Wastes are classified solid wastes, liquid wastes and gaseous wastes.

EXPLANATION:

Solid wastes are the wastes that are unwanted and useless materials for humans. These come from urban wastes, industrial wastes and agricultural wastes.

Liquid wastes are wastes generated from flushing or washing at homes or in industries.

Gaseous wastes are wastes released in gaseous form from factories, automobiles, burning of fossil fuels etc. The wastes pollute the environment and harm the environment. This in turn results in the spread of various diseases and in several health hazards.
