Water Cycle Diagram

The Hydrologic Cycle (also called the Water Cycle) is the continuous movement of water in the air, on the surface of and below the Earth. This cycle is the exchange of energy which influences climate. When water condenses, it releases energy and warms the environment.

Explanation:

The water cycle is the descriptive way of how the water from the earth's surface evaporates, rises in the atmosphere, cools down, and then condenses into rain, snow, sleet, etc and falls down as precipitation back on the surface of the earth. It is a continuous process. The water is further collected in the rivers, ponds, lakes..and a huge amount of it falls back in the ocean, where it once again gets evaporate. As this is a continuous process therefore, the cycling of the water in and out of the atmosphere is a significant aspect of the weather patterns on Earth also.
