It is caused when we throw waste in water or pollute the water.. it is also caused by factory waste which is released in rivers..

How it affects?
when we drink that river water or that particular water which is polluted it affect our health badly it affects to the animals who live in water.. it causes different disease in human body and animal body it also affects the plants who are found in water bodies..

How to decrease it?
we can stop throwing waste in water and factories can threat there waste before throwing in rivers..
