Define what is Saturated solution. And to make a saturated solution, 200 g of sodium chloride is dissolved in 500 g of water at 293 K. Find its concentration (mass by mass percentage) at this temperature.​

(a) Mass of solute = 36 g     Mass of solvent = 100g     Mass of solution = 100 + 36                            = 136gConcentration of solution = (Mass of solute / Mass of solution ) x100                                   = (36/136) x 100                                   = 26.47%(b) If temperature increases, solubility increases and if temperature decreases, solubility decreases.(c) Because particle size is bigger in suspensions hence it is easier to distinguish the particles of solute.
