Xylem and pholem are the vascular tissues in plants .
The main functions of xylem is to transport the minerals from roots to the areal parts of the plants.
And the main function of pholem is that it transport the sucrose (dissolved form ) from the leaves , fruits i.e. storage organs to the required regions such as region of growth.
