It is further of two types.....

Photoautotrophs and Chemoautotrophic....

Photoautotrophs prepare their own food in the presence of sunlight by using Chlorophyll , carbondioxide and water.... Example Green plants and Fungi ....

Chemoautotrphs use some chemical energy to prepare their food.... Example Nitrifying bacteria....

Hetrotrophic:-

Organisms depend on other for their food requirements....

It's of three types.....

Holozoic parasitic and saprophitic....

Holozoic :- It is in amoeba ( It takes its food through its false food called pseudopodia)....Humans are also it's examples....

Saprophitic :-

They obtain their food from dead and decaying parts of plants and animals....

Example Mushroom and Rhizobium bacteria....

Parasitic :-

They obtain their food from the other living organisms called "HOST".

Example :- Amar bel (also called cuscutta) and Wucheria Bancrofti....
