Natural numbers: eg. 1,2,3 etc

Whole number: It is the same of natural numbers but only difference is that it starts with a zero.eg. 0,1,2,3 etc.

Integers: Integers contain both the natural numbers and whole number and also fraction with the positive and negative signs. eg. 1,2,3 are called positive integers and -1,-2,-3 are called negative integers etc.

Rational number: A rational number is any number that can be expressed as the quotient of two Integers in the form of p/q where p and q are integers with the condition that q is not equal to 0. eg. 7/-9, -5/7, 0 -2.48 etc.
