Alliteration is that figure of speech which resembles repetition of letters in the sentence i.e. consecutive words start with same letters
eg. Sally sells shells on the sea shore
Here sally sells shells are consecutive and starts with same letter s. so here is a repetition of letter 'S'. So it is alliteration. Also in sea shore there is an alliteration
