antibiotics is that which produces antibodies against a virus. This has small amount of that virus in weekened form. As this virus enter into the body, the body produces antibodies to fight against it. Hence the virus is in weekened form the antibodies easily destroy these virus and also the antibodies against virus is present inside the body, this prevent the body from being infected by that virus
