definition of closed circuit and open circuit

Current cannot flow in an open circuit. Whereas, current can flow in an open circuit.

2. In an open circuit the key is in OFF mode. In a closed circuit the key is in ON mode.

3. The circuit doesn’t work when it is open. The circuit works when it is closed.

*CLOSED CIRCUIT:-a circuit without interruption, providing a continuous path through which a current can flow...
*OPEN CIRCUIT:- a circuit which have interruption and not able to provide continuous path and current cannt be flow through that path...
