Explanation:

A heat is a form of energy. When we rub our hands, we feel energy is produced due to rubbing. This heat gets transferred from our body to our hand so we feel warm. The heat gets transferred due to the difference in temperature. It flows from the body a higher temperature to the body at lower temperature. When we dip our hand in water, we feel it's warmth on our hands. As the water is heated, more and more heat starts flowing into our body and we fell hot. And if we touch cold water, heat flows from our body, then we feel cold. When we touch ice cubes, we feel colder because more heat out of our body.
