when anyone is treated unequally or different from other people then it is said to be inequality

inequality means not equal. the term equality is used in the Constitution to define rights of individuals in terms of social economic and political grounds. every citizen is equal in the eyes of law. when someone is not treated equally in terms of above situations the term inequality is used.
