One mole of any species is that quantity in number having a mass equal to its atomic or molecular mass in grams.

Mass of 1 Mole of a substance is called its molar mass.

1 moles of any substance has its mass equal to its relative atomic mass or molecular mass in grams.

For example :

1 mole of Hydrogen has mass equal to its atomic mass.

1 mole of Hydrogen = 1 g
